Women's golf travels north to compete
The Centre College women's golf team traveled north to Columbus, Ohio to compete in the Capital University
eighth Annual Purple & White Invite. Centre shot 748 (373-375) over the two day event to finish in fifth place out of 17 teams.
The team score was led by Melanie Goff who shot 90 and 85 for a two day total of 175. However, the team was led overall by
Marissa Cianchetti who competed as an individual. Cianchetti shot 89 and 81 for a two day total of 170; she finished in ninth place overall.
The women's golf team will next travel to Memphis to compete in the Rhodes Invitational to be held at the Windyke Golf Club on April 13-14.
