High School: Was a four year varsity player at North Oldham High School… named to the Academic All-State team in 2008… was leading goal scorer for North Oldham his junior and senior year, garnering All-Tournament honors at the Kentucky Bank Colonel Classic in 2008.
Personal: Son of Archie and Christine Karel... major in Economics… chose Centre because “of its academic prestige and a chance to play for a strong, competitive Division 3 soccer program.”
