Freshman Year (2008): Played in 18 games… Had 3 goals for 6 total points, ranking fifth on the team in total points… Had an impressive header goal in the season-opener vs Muskingum… Had a goal vs Hanover and Sewanee.
High School: Was a former team captain and starting outside back from Trinity High School…Helped lead the 2006 Shamrocks to a state-semifinal appearance and was named to the 2007 All-Region Team…Played for Mockingbird Valley Soccer Club the last ten years, and was a Kentucky ODP state team starter.
Personal: The son of Tracy and Vince Van Nevel…Major is undecided…Chose Centre because, “They had an excellent soccer team to go along with a great academic program.”
