Men's soccer receives two more commitments
Matt Skaff ( Radcliff , KY ) and Patrick Martin ( Monroe , CT ) have completed the enrollment process with Centre College and will join the team this fall.
Martin is a three year varsity letterman for Masuk High School and led the team in assists in 2007. A 2007 team captain, Martin led Masuk High School to the Connecticut State Quarter Finals. Martin plays club for the Trumbull Vipers who also finished as quarter finalists in 2007 for the Connecticut State Cup. Martin has a 3.5 gpa.

Skaff was a three year team captain for John Hardin High School where he led the district in goals and assists for the 2006 and 2007 seasons. Skaff and his Javanon club team are back to back Region II Semi –finalists. Skaff has a 3.9 gpa.
“Martin will help a depleted midfield with the graduation of 6 seniors, his role will be more on the defensive side of what we want to do in the middle,” commented Head Coach Jeb Burch . “With Skaff, we have a different kind of goal scorer than early commit Austin Hall. We need to be able to score goals in a variety of ways and Skaff, with Hall, helps bring that balance,” finished Burch.
