Women's soccer team ties Mount St. Joseph 0-0
For the third time this season, the Centre College women's soccer team finished a match in a 0-0 tie, this time against the College of Mount St. Joseph in a non-conference match Wednesday, Oct. 21 in Danville, Ky.
The Colonels, which also tied Denison University and Rhodes College 0-0 earlier in the season, move to 9-4-3 overall, while Mount St. Joseph moves to 9-4-2 on the year.
Centre controlled much of the match. The Colonels out-shot the Lions 8-4 in the opening period, 15-4 in the second half, 8-0 in the first overtime and 7-1 in the final overtime period, but were unable to cross the goal line with any shots.

The Colonels will look for their tenth win of the season Saturday, Oct. 24 with a non-conference road contest against Maryville College. Start time is set for 2 p.m. in Maryville, Tenn. |
