Men Ninth, Women Eleventh at DePauw Invitational
GREENCASTLE, Ind.— The men's team finished ninth and the women's team finished eleventh on April 5 at the DePauw Invitational.
Charles Mercy won the javelin (165'2”), placing him fourth in the latest SCAC standings. The 4x100m team (Brian Hodge, Mike Morrison, Nick Judah, Aaron Hay) finished third with a season best time (43.57), placing them second in the latest conference standings. Aaron Hay finished the day with two more season and team bests as he finished fourth in the 100m dash (11.17) and fifth in the 200m dash (22.58). Hay is now ranked third and fourth, respectively, in the conference in those events.
The Centre Track & Field teams will compete in the University of the Cumberlands Invitational in Williamsburg, KY the weekend of April 12, 2008 .
