Men finish seventh with skeleton crew at DePauw Indoor meet
Several Centre College indoor records were broken during the meet in both running and field events. Chrys Jones set new school records in the long jump (22'10) and high jump (6'4"). In the running events Jason Parks set a new school record in the 800 meters (2:02.25) while the men's 4x200 meter relay, consisting of Ned McCaster, Mike Morrison, Nick Edwards, and Aaron Hay, also set a new indoor school record (1:36.17).
Jones' school record long jump of is also a provisional qualifier for the 2008 NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships. This, along with his automatic qualifying jump in the triple, gives Jones a legitimate shot at competing in two events at the Championships.
