"More than just books," Centre Shoppes opened in 1992 in a building that was once a fraternity house and a funeral home. In addition to serving as the campus bookstore, Centre Shoppes is open to the public and offers a children's reading room, stationery, trade books, Kentucky crafts, and more. The cafe, located on the second floor, offers Starbucks coffee, desserts, soup, and sandwiches.
