Cowan Dining Commons provides food service for students, faculty and staff, and guests. Located on Walnut Street, it provides diners with a view of Old Centre and the main campus. Cowan offers a variety of eating possibilities such as a grilled-to-order station, a pizza oven, a pasta bar, an international station with personalized options, a self-service vegetarian bar, a cereal bar, as well as monthly Premium Entree nights with such food as steak and high-end seafood.
