Charles G. Crooks
Crooks was born in Scott County, Kentucky, and graduated from Central University (Richmond, Ky.) in 1884. He attended Union Theological Seminary from 1884 until 1886, and earned an MA at Central University ion 1890. He was a professor of mathematics at Central from 1896 to 1901, and professor at Centre from 1901 until his retirement in 1928. From 1923 until retirement Crooks served as Dean of the College. He died September 28, 1931.
