Academic Search Premier: A multi-disciplinary index to periodicals that covers over 8,000 scholarly and popular periodicals, and includes full-text for more than 4,500 of these. Designed specifically for academic institutions, ASP spans most areas of study. Coverage varies, but most titles begin in the late 1980's and early 1990's.
Business Source Premier: A comprehensive business periodical database that includes scholarly journals and business periodicals covering such topics as management, economics, finance, accounting, international business, and more. Covers 1984 to the present.
JSTOR: Full-text back files of core scholarly journals in the humanities, social sciences, and sciences. JSTOR includes many journals in the areas of business, economics, and finance. NOTE: Coverage varies by title, but the most recent 2-5 years is not available.
LexisNexis Academic: A collection of databases with information on a wide range of topics, including news, business, politics and government, law, state and country information, biography, references works and dictionaries, health and medicine, and taxes and accounting. Most articles are in full-text. Covers 1980's to the present.
OmniFile Full Text Mega: Collection of Wilson full-text databases, including Business Full Text, a good resource for finding scholarly undergraduate-level journal articles. Indexing begins in 1982; full-text of selected articles in 1995.
ScienceDirect: Elsevier is the world's leading publisher of social, physical, and health science information, producing 25% of the world's scientific journal information. The ScienceDirect College Edition collection provides access to more than 1,900 multidisciplinary peer-reviewed journal titles, including leading titles like Business Horizons and International Journal of Project Management.

Business Dateline: Provides citations on regional business activities and trends as well as online articles from regional publications, Business Wire press releases, and major newspapers on local firms, their products and executives. Covers 1985 to the present.
Business & Industry: Provides access to company, industry market and production information. Includes leading trade and business sources. Many articles available in full-text. Covers 1994 to the present.
Business & Management Practices: Provides citations and some full-text articles on business management, including business planning,decision-making and management issues. Includes core management journals,trade publications and other sources. Covers 1995 to the present.
Business Organizations: Includes abstracts in most records describing the organization's products and services and giving other information about the organization, such as founding date, membership size, and publications. Covers the current year.

Regional Business News: A collection of full-text news wires that incorporates business news information from various regional and worldwide sources. Information provided by these sources covers business, economic, political and other diverse international news events.
Worldscope: Basic financial information on public companies worldwide. Derived from corporate annual and 10K reports, disclosure statements, newspapers, and wire services. Each record includes a description of the business, selected financials, key ratios, and officers. Covers the current year.

Selected Internet Sites:

DoingBusiness.Org: Free site created by the World Bank. Self-described as providing "objective measures of business regulations and their enforcement across 178 countries." Users can cross-reference multiple countries and economies and learn about laws impacting economic growth.
Export.Gov: The U.S. Department of Commerce sponsors this international business resource aimed at helping individuals and companies learn the export trade, research major international markets, and investigate tariff and logistics questions. This is a free site, but requires users to register.
Liber8.Org: Portal for economic information developed by Research Division librarians Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. Provides access to several proprietary databases, including the International Economic Statistics (IES) database, and offers internet links to similar economic resources for a number of foreign countries.
