Columbia International Affairs Online (CIAO)
CIAO is a comprehensive source for theory and research in international affairs. It publishes a wide range of scholarship that includes working papers from university research institutes, occasional papers series from NGOs, foundation-funded research projects, proceedings from conferences, books, journals and policy briefs. Coverage is from 1991 to the present.
JSTOR
Full-text back files of core scholarly journals in the humanities, social sciences, and sciences. JSTOR includes journals in the areas of African, Asian, Latin American, Middle East, and Slavic studies.

Bibliography of Africana Periodical Literature Database
This English language database indexes over 33,000 articles from over 280 English language and multi-lingual journals and periodicals that specialize in African Studies or consistently cover the African continent. Coverage is from 1974 to the present.
Clase and Periodica
CLASE indexes documents published in Latin American and Caribbean journals specializing in the social sciences and humanities, while PERIODICA covers journals specializing in science and technology. Both databases are considered significant sources of reference for those interested in what is published in or about Latin America and the Caribbean.
Country Studies
The online versions of books previously published (1988-98) by the Federal Research Division of the Library of Congress. The series, covering 101 countries and regions, presents a description and analysis of the historical setting and the social, economic, political, and national security systems and institutions for the countries.
Europa World Yearbook
An excellent source for basic country information. Covers recent history plus the current political and economic system in each country of the world. Includes some statistics, information on political parties and political structure, and media information.
Global Legal Information Network (GLIN)
A searchable online database containing the legal documents in the categories of laws, judicial decisions, legislative records, and legal literature for jurisdictions spanning the globe. GLIN members (governmental agencies and international organizations) contribute original-language, officially published, full text documents in electronic format.
Handbook of Latin American Studies
A selective annotated bibliography of scholarly works on Latin America. Edited by the Hispanic Division of the Library of Congress, the multidisciplinary Handbook alternates annually between the social sciences and the humanities. Works reviewed include books, journal articles, book chapters, and conference papers. Coverage is from 1984 to the present.

Official Documents System of the United Nations
