Circulation and Borrowing

Connect to My Account to view your library account, renew materials, check fines and due dates.

Borrowing

Centre College faculty, staff and students may borrow materials from The Grace Doherty Library in accordance with established circulation rules. Presentation of a valid college ID card is required to check materials out.

Community users are welcome to use the materials in the library onsite without a fee. Circulation is governed by the policies for non-Centre College users.

Availability of Material

The library's Online Catalog displays the location, call number, and status of an item. A status of AVAILABLE indicates an item which can be checked out and is not currently in circulation. Patrons should check the shelves to see if the item is there. If not, report this to the circulation desk. Items that are checked out will give a due date.
