Mildren, Elliott set Centre College football records

DANVILLE, KY -- Two Centre College football players, Drew Mildren of Oklahoma City and Josh Elliott of Limestone, Tenn., set school records during Centre's final game of the season. In the Nov. 15 game against Rose-Hulman, Mildren set the record for the most passing touchdowns in a season with 15. Mildren is a sophomore at Centre. The prior record of 14 was set in 1996 by Adam Crawford.

Elliott, a senior in his last appearance as a Colonel, caught his tenth touchdown pass of the season. The previous record of nine TD catches in a season was set by Montas Allen in 1996.

The Colonels topped Rose-Hulman 36-14. Their final record for the season was 5-5 (3-3 in Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference play).
