Centre art show features student work

DANVILLE - Centre College currently has an exhibition featuring selected work by 29 Centre students. All the students were enrolled in fall term art classes in levels ranging from introductory to advanced.

The show features a total of about 40 works produced by Centre students in art classes at all levels during the fall term. Their work comes from a variety of media, including soft-ground prints, charcoal drawings, cast glass, blown glass and terra cotta.

The show runs through Jan. 27 and is open weekdays 9 a.m.-4 p.m. There is no admission charge.

The participating students are Joanna Peterson, Tanner Wann, Aogi Taira, Cristy Reynolds, Erica Woodward, Jonathan Swanz, John Norris, Paul Nancarrow, Bryan Phillips, Elam Leed , John Goodman, Rick Daniel, Mike Goll, Jesse Brown, Ryo Manabe, Julia Schwartz, Kevin Webster, D.H. McNabb, Vanessa Eddlemon , Kyle Poland, Leslie Smith, Nick Orchelle, Rachel Standish, Meike, Mike Stauss, Molly Haynes, Liz Leming, Lesley Sammons, and Rachel McKinley.
