Centre students complete European travel-study program

DANVILLE, KY - Centre music professor Barbara Hall recently led 19 students through a European travel-study devoted to art, architecture and music. Featured as a travel-study program during Centre's winter term, the program gave students access to concerts and art museums in the Italian cities of Florence, Venice and Padua. The group concentrated its studies in those cities but also traveled to Munich, Germany, and the Prague in the Czech Republic. They saw original works by Michelango and Picasso, and the group visited the Prague Castle.

Centre has a strong commitment to study abroad. Each year, more than 60 percent of Centre's graduates have had at least one study abroad experience.
