College appoints assistant registrar DANVILLE, KY- Centre College has appointed Thomas Manuel to the administrative position of assistant registrar. He is a 1991 graduate of the University of Kentucky and a veteran of eight years of administrative work at Midway College. Manuel was operations manager in the Midway registrar's office and was a senior marketing assistant in the school's admissions office. Prior to that, he worked for the Lexington Fayette Urban County Government.
