DANVILLE, KY -- A millennium's worth of music will be performed at the Norton Center for the Arts when The Waverly Consort arrives Monday, Feb. 28. The performance will begin at 8 p.m. in Weisiger Theatre.

The performance is part of the 1999-2000 Musica Da Camera series at the Norton Center and tickets are available at the box office. Hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., or patrons may call 606-236-4692 or toll free 1-877-HIT-SHOW.

Presenting their unique musical vision, the Waverly Consort's program "Revelation 1000-2000: Music for the Millennium" commemorates the Millennial passage. The program weaves together a tapestry of millennial themes, including Creation, Prophetic Vision, Apocalypse, Time-end, and the Triumph of the Spirit, with works from the Middle Ages through our own time.
