DANVILLE, KY—For the 15th time in 17 years Centre College has had the nation's highest percentage of alumni participation in alumni giving, according to a poll conducted by the College.

Centre College had 66.4 percent of its alumni take part in the 2000-2001 Annual Giving Campaign. That was nearly six percentage points ahead of its nearest competitor.

Annual giving has been strong after a stellar academic year, one that produced the vice-presidential debate, national scholarship winners and athletic success.
