Extracurricular activities: Bluegrass Rape Crisis Center Hospital Advocate; Adult Learning Center Volunteer (working with an 18-year-old student from Guatemala who is learning English); Part-time employee of Cultural Horizons, an archaeological excavations company in Harrodsburg; Solidarity Council Member of the Kentucky Student Progressive Network (a network of universities/colleges in Kentucky to promote activism); Coordinated a National Speaking Tour for Manuel Zetino, a Guatemalan labor rights union organizer and Manuel Cordoba, a Colombian activist; Vice President of CentrePeace; C.H.A.R.G.E.
