DANVILLE, KY Centre Collegešs Dan Rall was a first-team selection to the all conference team of the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference in baseball. Rall was Centrešs only selection. He played shortstop and pitcher for the Colonels who won 23 games breaking the school record for wins in a season. Rall, a Danville native, hit .337 while driving in 24 runs for the Colonels. Rall is a senior and also posted a 4-2 record on the mound for the Colonels with a 3.75 earned run average.
Chad Cadle (Lexington) was selected honorable mention in the SCAC as a pitcher. Cadle, a senior, finished with a 6-3 mark and was third in the conference in total wins.
The Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference has ten teams and will be represented by DePauw University (26-17) in next weekšs NCAA Tournament
