The Sunshine Boys coming to College's Norton Center

DANVILLE, KY- The Sunshine Boys, a comedic story about two vaudeville entertainers, will appear at Centre College's Norton Center for the Arts on Thursday September 27, at 8 p.m. in Newlin Hall.

Tickets are on sale at the Norton Center box office. Hours are 9 a.m.-4 p.m. weekdays. Patrons also may call 859-236-4692 or toll-free at 1-877-HIT-SHOW.

The Sunshine Boys is a comedy written by Neil Simon. The story of two vaudeville comedians combines a tale of friendship with slapstick comedy to delight everyone.

The Sunshine Boys stars Dick Van Patton and Frank Gorshin. Dick Van Patton starred in Eight is Enough as Tom Bradford, the father. His career includes more than 600 radios shows and 27 Broadway plays. Frank Gorshin is also known as The Riddler on the television show Batman. He has appeared in many feature films and is best known for his impression of Kirk Douglas.

The Norton Center for the Arts is a regional performing arts center, which annually brings to Centre College a series of important musical groups, Broadway shows, individual performances and other works from the performing arts.
