Dream Feast: students pick their most-desired dishes
RELEASED: Nov. 27, 2002
DANVILLE, KYWith Thanksgiving upon us, many Centre College students prepare to visit their families, begin buying Christmas presents and, of course, will enjoy a delicious Thanksgiving dinner.
Freshman Tasha Pedigo asked Centre students what they hope to have on their dinner table this Thanksgiving. Seems students have a taste for the traditional to the not-so-traditional on Turkey Day.
"I would have Ravioli because Italian food is so much better than any food in the world," Craig Dunworth, Freshman
"Turkey, just because it's so traditional," Melissa Deaton, Junior
"Roast duck. I know no one else has said anything near that strange, but I like duck. It's my favorite meat, although it's really terrible for you!" Winston Thompson, Freshman
"Stuffing and gravy are always good. They're always going to be favorites of mine," Lisa Fryman, Sophomore
"I always enjoy the cranberry sauce. It just seems to go really well with all the other dishes that are being served." Erin Matthews, Freshman
