Anne Murray coming to Norton Center

DANVILLE, KY-Anne Murray, Canada native and four-time Grammy Award winner, will appear in concert at Centre College's Norton Center for the Arts for a Valentine's Day performance on Thursday, Feb. 14 at 8 p.m. in Newlin Hall.

Tickets are on sale at the Norton Center box office. Hours are 9 a.m.-4 p.m. weekdays. Patrons also may call (859) 236-4692 or toll-free at 1-877-HIT-SHOW.

Murray is known for hit songs such as "You Needed Me," "Could I Have This Dance for the Rest of My Life," "Snowbird," and "Danny’s Song." On stage she sings her classics and incorporates her 31st album "What a Wonderful World".

The Owensboro Symphony Orchestra will accompany Murray.

Centre's Norton Center for the Arts is a regional performing arts facility, which annually brings to campus a series of important musical groups, Broadway shows, individual performances and other works from the performing arts.
