DANVILLE, KY—For Centre students, CentreTerm (Jan. 3-24) is a time when they are headed for exciting trips to exotic locations, trekking out for fascinating class field trips, and exploring in interesting (and unusual) topics in the classroom. The Communications Office wants to see what's happening this CentreTerm.
Centre community members: Send us your pictures and enter the "Photo of CentreTerm" contest. The student who captures the true essence of CentreTerm will receive a $50 prize.
We're looking for ingenious, creative and resourceful pictures. Stand on your heads in front of the Eiffel Tower, do cartwheels on Mayan ruins or captain a gondola in the canals of Venice. Use your imaginations—just have fun (and don't get arrested).
Send your digital pictures via e-mail or campus mail to Kacie Powell powellk@centre.edu. Be sure to identify everyone in the picture and include a small description of what's happening. The higher the resolution the better. Make sure your pictures are at least 300 dpi.
Top selections will be shown as photos of the week and all pictures will be entered in the photo of the year contest for a free digital camera later in the year. Happy clicking!
