Admission Welcome Centre moves to Old Centre
RELEASED: September 7, 2006
DANVILLE, KY—The campus visit may well be the most important part of a prospective student's college decision process. When visitors come to Centre College, they find a beautiful campus and facilities; interesting, open professors; and students who are unusually friendly and fun. With this in mind, the Admission Office has made the Heritage Room of Old Centre, the College's signature building, the central place to host prospective students and their families on campus.
Centre President John Roush comments, "We believe this move will allow the College to place its best foot forward by welcoming families to the most centrally located, easily accessible, and impressive place on campus."
Prospective students and their families can find convenient parking in the lot located in front of Old Centre and McReynolds Hall.
The Admission Office will host fall open houses on October 7 and November 11. For more information, visit the campus visit information webpage. To schedule a visit, call 1-800-423-6236 or email admission@centre.edu.
