Tango Fire comes to Centre's Norton Center for the ArtsRELEASED: Oct. 19, 2006
Featuring brilliant musicians, singers and 10 torrid dancers, Tango Fire takes audiences on an enthralling journey through the history of the Tango, from its beginnings in the red light district of Buenos Aires to the glamour of the world of contemporary ballroom dance. Critics say, "Sensuous twists and turns, lightning sharp interaction between a pair of dancers, great music, sexy costumes and glamorous performers make Tango Fire a show that is full of adrenaline and good humor." The College's Norton Center for the Arts, in its 33rd season, is an internationally acclaimed performing arts center that annually brings to Centre a series of noteworthy musical groups, Broadway shows, individual performances and other works from the performing arts.
