Arnold reflects on working with glass: "My first impressions of glass blowing were a mixture of terror and awe. I was frightened by the seemingly chaotic explosions around the studio. Despite my uneasiness, I was drawn to the globs of molten glass." Arnold, a native of Lexington, Ky., graduated from Centre with a B.A. in studio art.
