Student Life office introduces Wellness Library
RELEASED: September 13, 2007
DANVILLE, KY—The new Wellness Library on campus is now open for students, faculty or staff looking for a little help with anything from improving eating habits and stress management to finding solutions for creativity blocks. The library is a collection of books, CDs and DVDs that offer advice and information on topics ranging from finances to grief, from leadership to substance abuse, from communication to inspiration. While the library is no substitute for seeking professional help for serious issues such as eating disorders, it can provide a starting point.
To check out an item or to be added to the Centre Wellness Tips e-mail list (sent out every few weeks), students should e-mail Sarah Scott Hall, director of residence life and coordinator of health and counseling.
