My CENTRE Life videos compliment updated entries

RELEASED: October 9, 2008

DANVILLE, KYAs promised, My CENTRE Life debuts its first videos alongside a series of entries written on the eve of the cast's arrival at Centre College. The entries reflect both excitement and angst as the first-year students embark on the next phase of their lives. Perhaps Tess sums up the experience best when she says, "I’ve finished packing. Everything is loaded in the car. I’m ready to go—physically, at least."

The videos offer a compelling look at the entire experience from multiple views. Brian says goodbye to his hometown on a pier beneath the sunset. Andrew gives a glimpse into the "Andrew Hornick Packing Experience." Patrick showcases the energetic students and staff that offer helping hands during move-in. Tess introduces her roommate and the initial mess of unpacking. Laura puts the spotlight on a few Bonner scholars as they help build a house before classes start. And Chel tries desperately to coax a football player into explaining what American football is.
