My CENTRE Lifers gear up for finals

RELEASED: April 23, 2009

DANVILLE, KYWith only two weeks of classes remaining before final exams begin, the My CENTRE Life students are starting to feel the stress and excitement of the end of spring term …and of the school year.

Andrew revisits a day in his Centre life as he adapts an earlier journal to his current daily schedule. His creativity keeps flowing as he rewrites a song that he composed last fall for his video this month. The resulting rap video can be seen here.

Meanwhile, Chel has so much to do that her thinking has become fuzzy. She realizes how valuable time is and how important two minutes can be as the clock keeps ticking. Find out what she means and watch her spring adventures here.

Brian, too, feels that time is flying by. He discovers a few things about himself and college life. Read his revelations here.

Laura reveals several things in her journal including how she decided on Centre. She also lends some advice to prospective students. Click here to find out what Laura says in this month’s entry.

Patrick has been living and breathing “theater” since he was cast in Centre’s production of George Bernard Shaw’s Major Barbara. See what he’ll miss when the play is over, and take a look at some of his Hawaiian trip over spring break by clicking here.

Initially Tess was hesitant about going to a diversity retreat. But she reflects on the wonderful things that she discovered, including how similar all people are. To check in on Tess, click here.
