Centre College Vice Presidential Debate 2000
Centre has made arrangements with an independent caterer to provide full services on a per-person per-day basis. Two tents will be located on campus—one directly beside the media hall and one behind the Debate Hall on the field hockey field where all the satellite trucks will be parked. Network crews will eat at the field hockey tent, Monday-Friday a.m., other media may use the tent nearest the media hall from Tuesday-Thursday. You may elect to participate on particular days, but not for particular meals. We need to know the number of people you wish to guarantee for each day. Your tickets will be waiting for you at the appropriate kitchen tent when you arrive. The Wednesday evening meal will not be served in the large tent because Kentucky Governor Paul Patton is hosting a dinner near the campus for all media. However, network crews only will be permitted to eat in the tent on their field that Wed. evening.
Note: Danville is a small town. Dining options are EXTREMELY LIMITED. We have gone to great lengths to establish a close location to serve you easily and speedily, but it all depends on your getting information to us quickly. Our caterer needs numbers now! Your help is greatly appreciated. (There are two reservation forms, one for the media tent, one for the network tent).
