Enjoying the view

Rising senior Dave Cupery of Harbor Beach, Mich., relaxes at Yosemite National Park in California. Here, he is 10,000-feet above sea level in a mountain meadow. Cuprey and his family visited the park on a backpacking trip. He says it was a nice getaway after spending the summer serving as a resident assistant for the Governor’s Scholars Program.
