Alani  Ladd

Alani Ladd is the Assistant Director of Student Activities at Centre College, where she leads the Student Activities Council (SAC) and plays a key role in coordinating campus-wide programs and events that enrich student life. With a Master of Business Administration in Digital Marketing and Strategic Branding, Alani brings both creative vision and strategic insight to her work in student engagement.

Alani is passionate about helping students feel seen, supported, and connected. Whether she’s guiding student leaders, planning inclusive campus events, or brainstorming new ways to build community, her goal is to create a welcoming environment where all students can thrive.

She brings years of hands-on experience in student affairs, event planning, and community outreach, and she’s always ready to lend a hand or a listening ear. Alani believes in meeting students where they are and helping them grow into confident, compassionate leaders.

Outside of work, she enjoys music, gardening, and running her nonprofit, Warm Hearts Helping Hands, which supports underserved communities through outreach and advocacy.
