BIOGRAPHY
David (Dave) Toth is an associate professor computer science. He joined Centre in 2014. Before coming to Centre, Toth was an assistant professor of computer science at the University of Mary Washington and at Merrimack College, where he won the 2010 Edward G. Roddy Outstanding Teacher Award. He also received the 2012 Undergraduate Computational Engineering and Sciences Award. Prior to attending graduate school, Toth worked as a software developer.His research interests include parallel computing and bioinformatics. Toth earned a B.A. in mathematics at Connecticut College and a Master’s degree and Ph.D. in computer science at Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
