Biography
Patten Mahler joined Centre in 2014, and is associate professor of economics and business. In 2021, she received a Kirk Award for excellence in teaching. Her fields of interest include economics of education, labor economics, and public economics. She received a B.S. in physics from Davidson College, an M.A. in economics from Duke University, and a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Virginia.
