BIOGRAPHY
Stephanie Franklin joined the Human Resources office in 2022. She came to Centre with an extensive background in retail and operations management, having served as a store manager for The Kroger Company for 14 years. Stephanie holds a degree in marketing from Eastern Kentucky University (2003).
In March 2025, Stephanie was promoted to Human Resources Generalist. She is also a member of Central Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (CKSHRM).
Stephanie and her husband, Shane, have two children and live in Stanford. She is an active member of her church. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her two grandchildren.
