Convocations

An extensive selection of guest lectures, plays, readings, films, and musical performances.

Sponsored by a variety of programs and appearing in different venues across campus, Centre Convocations foster engagement, stimulation, and learning in addition to what goes on in the classroom. If you attend 12 convocations in the academic year, one credit hour with an "A" grade will be figured into your grade point average and noted on your transcript

Convocations are an opportunity to grow, to be inspired, to engage in the community, or to simply be entertained. Ultimately, they are one of the many opportunities staff and faculty provide to prepare you for a world beyond Centre College.
