The Centre College communications office continues to receive awards for their professional work, with recent distinctions from two organizations that acknowledge creative excellence in higher education.
The College was awarded two gold, two silver and one bronze award from the 32nd Annual Educational Advertising Awards sponsored by the Education Marketing Report. Centre was part of a pool of 2,250 entries from several colleges, universities and secondary schools from across the United States and several other countries.
The two gold awards include, in the magazine single category, “The Centre Experience” magazine ad and, in the imprinted materials category, Adventure Begins with a Change in Latitude t-shirt design.
Centre also received two silver awards: Fund the Flame 2016 in the special video category, as well as the 2016-17 recruitment brochures in the total recruitment category.
The “Leading the Way” Donor Report received the bronze award in the annual report category.
Along with those five awards, the communications office won two gold awards from the 2016 Collegiate Advertising Awards, a national program that honors marketing professionals for excellence in all forms of advertising, marketing and promotion in higher education.
The “Centre Commitment” magazine ad won gold in the magazine advertising single category, and the Donor Report received gold in the annual report category.
