Stephanie P. Keller ’20 has made good use of the Centre Commitment’s guarantee of an internship before graduation by working at Advanced Global Communications (AGC) throughout the summer.
A technology integration company, AGC provides a full range of technological and security solutions to clients in various industries.
Keller took part in the development of communications and technology strategies by working on several projects to market AGC’s innovations in the news and on social media. Additionally, she has helped boost the firm’s community involvement.
“AGC offers the opportunity to understand how innovative technology solutions are deployed to benefit clients’ objectives,” she said. “It’s a role that fosters critical thinking, new ideas and the understanding of customer needs.”
Centre’s challenging classes cultivate the kind of creative, divergent thinking skills essential for Keller’s internship.
She also took a position at ChooseWell Communities, a nonprofit that assists families affected by addiction. As an intern, she helped manage its November Thrive Walk and performed childcare and administrative duties.
Keller is a Brown Fellows scholar at Centre, where she also served as a representative on the Student Government Association this past year.
