DramaCentre to present James and the Giant Peach, April 17-20

For their spring production, Centre College’s DramaCentre proudly presents “James and the Giant Peach,” by Roald Dahl and directed by Professor of Dramatic Arts Patrick Kagan-Moore. The play opens on Wednesday, April 17 at 7:30 p.m. and runs through Saturday, April 20 in Weisiger Theatre in the Norton Center for the Arts.

“James and the Giant Peach” is a story about James Henry Trotter, who embarks on an unexpected yet wonderous adventure. Centre’s interpretation of the play is light-hearted, visually stunning and irresistibly funny, filled with outlandish and memorable characters. The amazing journey of James will fulfill the fantasy of anyone looking for a short, exciting escape.

Tickets are available for purchase at the box office of Weisiger Theatre or can be reserved by calling 977-448-7469. Admission cost is $10 for the general public and $5 for senior citizens and students from other schools. Centre faculty, staff and students are admitted for free.
