The Louisville Fellows Program is a nine-month leadership development program for recent college graduates who desire to move to the hidden-gem of a city and invest locally through leadership on the job, in the church, and in the community. Louisville Bridge Fellows provide college graduates with paid jobs in their field while supporting them with professional and spiritual mentors, a church and community where they serve, luncheons with city leaders, and seminary-level classes.
