From the Centre campus to the Woodlawn Elementary classroom

As portrayed in this recent article from the Advocate-Messenger, the Boyle County School district has become a place where Centre graduates can flourish as they make the exciting transition from student to teacher. Two recent alumnae, Kate Wintuska ’13 and Sarah Jessee ’13, have become a part of the Boyle County team and are making a positive impact teaching students while learning along the way.
“For Centre students, the learning never stops,” explains author Alexis Hebert. “The classroom just changes, and for Sarah and Kate, the classroom became their own.”
