Pearl Hall

Step into the spacious lounge on the main floor - designed for social gatherings. This transitional housing style provides upperclassmen with a living experience which closely resembles living arrangements typically available to them after graduation.

Pearl Hall includes suites as well as traditional double-rooms. Each suite has a “convenience kitchen,” which consists of a sink, microwave, and refrigerator. Each floor houses a community kitchen, consisting of major kitchen appliances. Laundry facilities are provided on the lower level. Suites are furnished with lofted beds, desks, bookshelves, roomy closets, and comfortable living room furniture.

The building has all the comforts of home with wireless Internet capabilities, cable TV access, and a large patio area with a fire pit and grill. Pearl Hall is LEED certified gold, creating high-efficient, low-emission, healthy living spaces.
