Reporting An Incident

At Centre, student well-being and success go hand in hand. This page provides a tiered reporting apparatus for when you are concerned that a student may be having trouble.

When looking for support for students of concern it can sometimes be difficult to choose the best method for making your concern known. The resources below are meant to clarify and expedite the process for responding appropriately to reports.

In the event of an immediate life-threatening crisis, call: 911. Provide clear directions to your precise location.
