School Counselor Resources

We've created a one-stop resource for high school counselors to help students navigate the process of applying for admission to Centre College.

Centre College values the vital role that high school counselors and community-based organizations play in guiding students toward higher education. We’re here to provide the resources you need to help your students explore Centre and navigate the application process. If you can’t find what you're looking for, please contact the Admission Office at admission@centre.edu.

Application Timelines for Admission & Financial Aid

Centre has four admission application plans: early decision, early action, and regular decision. Students should submit financial aid application forms by the deadline of their chosen admission plan. We require the FAFSA and CSS Profile to be considered for financial aid.

Scholarship Nominations

Centre offers a variety of scholarship opportunities designed to recognize academic achievement, strong character, and special interests. You're invited to nominate students for these opportunities. The priority deadline for nominations is December 15, but we accept nominations through January 15.

Document Management

We accept documents through the Common App, Parchment, Naviance, and SCOIR. Or please email to admission@centre.edu.

Track Application Status

Slate.org is a free platform designed to help admission offices, school counselors, and community-based organizations monitor student applications in one place.

You can also use Slate to track a student’s real-time application status, receive notice of your students’ admission decisions, and upload documents like transcripts, school reports, letters of recommendation, and other required documentation.
