Students display artwork at Danville Community Arts Center

Danville Community Arts Center presents the Centre Student Showcase, Upstairs Gallery, March 8-30

Eleven Centre College students were selected to have their artwork on display at Danville’s Community Arts Center (CAC), as part of the CAC’s 2019 Student Showcase. The artwork is currently displayed on the second floor gallery through March 29. Exhibit hours are Tuesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The artwork selected by CAC Creative Director Brandon Long represent a diverse mix of media and subject matter. The display features photos, printmaking, painting and sculptures in both glass and ceramic.

The students selected were Stephen Cosco ’19, Cameron Coy ‘21, Sara DeWitt ’19, Meyer Hundley ’19, Van Dang Nguyen ’19, Alex Spragens ’20, RileyAnne Sharpe ’20, Elias Wright-Pupo ’19, Catherine Uritis ’19, Muzi Yan ’19 and Andy Zhang ’21.
