BIOGRAPHY
Christy McGuire is a highly accomplished professional in the fields of Human Resources and Operations, with diverse experience across industries such as mining, healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, entertainment, higher education, dot-com, non-profit and small business. She brings a wealth of expertise in areas such as talent management, recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS implementation.
Christy holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational management and leadership with a concentration in Human Resources from Midway College. She has also obtained a Human Resource Certification from Eastern Kentucky University, solidifying her expertise in the field. When not at work Christy spends her time traveling, hiking, cooking, and volunteering with various non-profit organizations.
