BIOGRAPHY
Joel Kilty is Margaret V. Haggin Professor of Mathematics. He joined Centre's faculty in 2009. His research interests include boundary value problems on non-smooth domains, harmonic analysis, Navier-Stokes equations, and numerical partial differential equations. He co-authored the textbook Mathematical Modeling and Applied Calculus (Oxford University Press, 2018) with Alex M. McAllister. Kilty received a B.A. in mathematics from Asbury College and his M.A. and Ph.D. in mathematics from the University of Kentucky.
