BIOGRAPHY

Kay is vice president of human resources and administrative services at Centre College, where she has worked since 1997. She has been instrumental in developing an employee handbook, a supervisor policy manual, a salary compensation program for staff, and the employee recognition program at the College. Kay also serves as a Title IX team member.
